Epoxy Floor Installer

£120-170/day

Responsibilities:

Surface preparation including grinding, shot blasting, and cleaning of concrete substrates
Mixing and applying epoxy resin coatings according to manufacturer specifications
Applying primers, base coats, and topcoats to achieve required finish
Quality control checks throughout the installation process
Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
Following health and safety protocols on all sites

Requirements:

Previous experience in epoxy or resin flooring installation preferred
Good level of physical fitness for manual work
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
CSCS card preferred (training can be provided)
Ability to work as part of a team
Full UK driving licence advantageous

Epoxy Floor Site Manager

£150-220/day

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate installation teams on multiple projects
Project coordination including scheduling, resource allocation, and timeline management
Client liaison - maintaining professional relationships and managing expectations
Quality assurance - ensuring all work meets company and industry standards
Health and safety compliance on all job sites
Training and mentoring junior team members

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years experience in the flooring industry
Proven leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of epoxy and resin flooring systems
SMSTS or SSSTS certification preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Full UK driving licence required
